CashMap (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use CashMap.
The Short Version
CashMap does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal or financial data. Everything stays on your device. We have no servers, no databases, and no way to access your information.
Information We Do NOT Collect
CashMap does not collect any of the following:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Financial information (bank accounts, income, spending data, budget data)
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Cookies or tracking pixels
- Any data from third-party analytics SDKs
How Your Data Is Stored
All data you enter into CashMap — including envelopes, transactions, budgets, and settings — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device. We have no ability to access, read, or retrieve your data.
If you delete the app, all data stored by CashMap is permanently deleted from your device.
Third-Party Services
CashMap uses the following third-party service for subscription management only:
- RevenueCat: Used solely to process in-app purchases and manage subscription status. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous identifier to track your subscription entitlements. RevenueCat does not receive any of your financial data, budget information, or personal information. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
CashMap does not integrate any analytics services, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or any other third-party services that collect user data.
Apple App Store
When you purchase a subscription through the App Store, Apple processes your payment. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. CashMap does not receive your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.).
Children's Privacy
CashMap does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not collect information from any user, regardless of age.
Data Security
Since CashMap stores all data exclusively on your device and does not transmit data over the internet, your data is protected by your device's built-in security features including device passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, and iOS encryption.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
